Features

Everything you need to run hundreds of hospital screens without a single manual step.

Screens

Register once, then leave them alone

Six-digit pairing

Open the player URL on the TV, type the code, press fullscreen. No installer, no site visit, no per-device licence file.

Power windows per screen

OPD runs 07:30 to 21:30, radiology 08:00 to 20:00. Outside those hours the screen shows a clean standby clock — and those hours are what the utilisation report measures against.

Split the screen like a news channel

A main content area, a sponsor or token rail down the left or right, and a band along the bottom. You set the proportions; a live preview shows the arrangement before it reaches the wall.

Every zone runs its own loop

The sponsor rail keeps cycling every ten seconds while a ninety-second education film plays in the middle. Nothing waits for anything else, and each zone is reported separately.

Sell the rail

Advertisers, campaigns, weighted rotation, daily and total caps, four rate models — and a proof-of-play report with a screen-by-screen table you can attach to the invoice.

Billed on what actually ran

The billable figure comes from delivered screen-days, not booked calendar days. If a screen was dark, the report says so before the advertiser does.

Groups and locations

Model the hospital the way it is built — block, floor, department — and schedule to the whole group at once.

Offline resilience

If the network drops, the player keeps running its last program from cache and re-syncs when the link returns.

Revocable device keys

A replaced or stolen TV is unpaired in one click; the old device stops playing immediately.

Content

A library your team can actually keep current

Images, video, web pages, text cards

Upload a film or type a notice. Text cards need no designer — useful when visiting hours change at 9 AM.

Validity dates

A camp promo disappears by itself the day after the camp. Nobody has to remember to remove it.

Categories and languages

Education, promo, ad, infrastructure, notice — tagged by language so the Hindi loop and the Tamil loop stay separate.

Approval before air

Operators upload, managers approve. Nothing untagged reaches a public screen.

Reporting

Numbers that survive a management meeting

Uptime vs utilisation

Uptime is how long the screen was reachable. Utilisation is how long it was actually playing something. The difference is where problems hide.

Dark-screen log

Every gap inside expected hours, with duration, so you know whether it was a power cut or a switched-off TV.

Content play counts

How often each film ran and total screen time, so you can prove the awareness campaign happened.

Auto mail on SES

Daily, weekly or monthly, to any list of addresses, with the CSV attached. Scope it to one location if a department head only wants their own floor.

WhatsApp summary

A four-line summary to the COO's phone at 8:30 AM, with the detail sitting in the mailbox.

Offline alerts

An hour of silence during expected hours triggers a mail and a WhatsApp to the IT contact.

Control

Roles that match how hospitals actually work

Admin

Everything, including users and the HIS connection.

Manager

Screens, content, schedules and reports — no user administration.

Operator

Uploads content and builds loops. Cannot change screens or schedules.

Viewer

Reports only. The right level for a trustee or a department head.
